These terms govern your use of sitefoundco.com and the services provided by Site Found Co ("we", "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to them.

Services

We design and build websites for local small businesses. A free homepage preview is offered with no obligation. Paid services include the Go Live website package and optional or required monthly plans (Care, Growth) and add-ons, as described on our site or in a written quote.

Free preview

The free preview is provided for your review only. It does not transfer ownership of any design or content until the Go Live package is paid in full.

Fees and payment

• All prices are in USD. Go Live is a one-time fee; monthly plans are billed monthly.
• The Care plan is required with Go Live for at least the first 3 months, and may be cancelled anytime after that.
• Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not take payments on this website.

Refunds

Because work is reviewed and approved through the free preview before you pay, Go Live fees are generally non-refundable once the full site has been delivered. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period. Specific situations are handled in good faith.

Revisions and timeline

Go Live includes 2 rounds of revisions. The typical launch timeline of about 7 days begins once you approve the preview and provide the content we need.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your site's content and design. You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe others' rights.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice, subject to the minimum Care plan term above. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
